Honey Nut Mix


We combine Almonds, Cashews, Peanuts and Pumpkin Seeds for our Honey Nut Mix. The nuts are tumbled in honey and sugar and then slowly baked to a delicious caramelized finish.

They’re gluten free and suitable for vegetarians.

The combination of ingredients in our Honey Nut Mix is packed with goodness. Almonds are rich in protein and help lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease. Cashews are packed with minerals including iron, magnesium, zinc, phosphorus, manganese and copper. They also have the lowest fat levels of all nuts, and the fats they do contain are monounsaturated to help promote healthy cholesterol.
