Cashews are an excellent source of protein, minerals and vitamins A,D,K & E. They are a good source of Copper which promotes healthy skin, hair, and strong bones. Our Honey Cashew Nuts are delicious as a snack on their own (or with a cold beer!) or mixed with other nuts and dried fruits to create your own snack mix.
Ingredient Origin: Cashew Nuts (Anacardium occidentale) are native to South America but are now cultivated around the world. We source most of our Cashews from either Tanzania or Cote d’Ivoire, with some coming from Vietnam too.
